About this role
Manage, design and scale structured innovation programs, growth initiatives, and capability-building platforms to transform ideas into measurable value for the bank and foster a culture of innovation, talent development, and to increase the bank’s strategic impact.
Planning & Development
- Define and implement the Innovation & Growth Center operational plan in alignment with the bank’s strategy.
- Design structured innovation and growth programs (e.g. IskanOVATORS) with clear objectives, stages, and success criteria.
- Identify priority innovation themes and growth areas aligned with business needs.
- Plan program timelines, resources, budgets, and governance models.
- Develop frameworks and templates for innovation and growth programs.
Program Design & Execution
- Design and manage end-to-end innovation programs, from ideation to implementation or scale.
- Oversee program phases such as call for ideas, selection, mentoring, experimentation, pitching, and final evaluation.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in innovation programs.
- Ensure consistent execution of programs according to defined structure and quality standards.
- Support participating teams in transforming ideas into validated and scalable solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor program performance against defined objectives, milestones, and KPIs.
- Track participation levels, idea quality, progress rates, and outcomes.
- Measure program impact on innovation culture, talent development, and business value.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Capture lessons learned to continuously improve future innovation and growth programs.
- Strong understanding of innovation management and growth program design.
- Knowledge of end-to-end innovation lifecycles, from idea generation to implementation and scale.
- Understanding of organizational growth drivers, business models, and value creation.
- Awareness of talent development, employee engagement, and innovation culture practices.
- Knowledge of program governance, performance measurement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with banking operations and regulated environment constraints.
- Awareness of emerging innovation trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certificates in Innovation, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Business Management is an advantage
- A minimum of (10) years of experience in one of the related fields.
- Innovation and growth program design and management.
- Application of structured innovation and experimentation frameworks.
- Use of digital tools for idea management, collaboration, and program tracking.
- Definition and tracking of KPIs for innovation and growth initiatives.
- Program performance reporting and data-driven decision support.
- Translation of business priorities into structured innovation initiatives.
